I spend way too many hours doing way too many things so maybe I would use those three hours to get the sleep that i don't get now. Well, actually I could use them to read the books that are sitting around feeling neglected, work on my novel, and get to my Italian lessons. That's on top of the cooking I don't get to do and the many things on the DVR that I haven't managed to watch. Three hours is not enough. Can't you find me a few hours more than that?
