For some reason I seem to want to listen to the songs of my youth--sixties pop. But I am also continuing to get more early music and French music. Today I went wild on ITunes and got DeeDee Bridgewater's "J'ai Deux Amours," music by Nicolas Gombert sung by the Hilliard Ensemble, and various pop songs. I should be concentrating on writing my paper for the Kalamazoo conference or reading up for class discussion next week since my students don't seem to like to talk or thinking about my knitting, especially since tonight is Knit Night. Ah well, c'est la vie!
